AIA is looking for the right candidate for the following position:

Accounting (Manajerial Level)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)



Responsibilities:

* To supervise 5-10 Accounting staff
* To provide Senior Management with Management Accounting analysis, i.e. Trend, Ratio, Pricing and Profitability
* To coordinate Annual Budget processing
* To analyze Actual Result against Budget and Forecasting
* To come with Treasury initiates, i.e Cash Management, Collection and Payment method/Systems
* To communicate regular business result
* To liase with Actuary and Corporate Planning on Pricing and Compensation structure

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor in Accounting with 8-12 years experiences in Insurance, Banking, Fund
* Managers, Leasing and Finance Company
* Minimum 3 years in Managerial level and supervise of 5-10 subordinates
* Knowledge of PAI, US GAAP, IAS
* Knowledge of Income Tax, Management Accounting & Accounting Systems
* Communicate well in English
* Strong Analytical skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Leadership and people management skills
* Computer literacy with advance in Excel knowledge
