IT Data Center & Technical Support Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily ticket problems
* To provide first level support to users
* To escalate recurring problems and potential problems
* To own and manage the incident / Problem Management Process

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
