Our Business Leadership Program (BLP) provides young talents with a broad yet in-depth perspective of our business activities. The primary objective of the BLP is to groom promising individuals like you to take on leadership positions within Sales & Marketing Function in our organization.

Requirements:

* University graduate in Engineering preferably Mechanical, and hold MBA/MM degree in Marketing
* Fresh graduate are welcome, additional experience in marketing field max. 2 years is advantage
* Proficient in speaking English and Indonesian is a must
* Strong leadership qualities and concern for excellence, and perseverance with strong analytical background
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
