Management Trainee (MT)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)



Responsibilities:

* To enhance organization performance by developing improvement projects in all functions.

Requirements:

* S-1/S-2 ( fresh graduate) from any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75, Overseas graduate will be advantageous.
* Max age 25
* Willing to be placed in branches all over Indonesia
* Have to active participate in an intensive Training Program


* Competency Requirement :
* Fluent in English both written and oral
* Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Initiative & Creative
* Self – motivated
* Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Able to work as a team
