Responsibilities:

* Handling complaint & maintaining residential customer.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Architecture or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Communication skill, complaint-handling skill, interpersonal skill.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Willing to work on Sunday and public holidays.
* Posses good personality and customer satisfaction orientation.
* Able to work under-pressure.
