Product Support Officer (6 months - 1 year contract)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Perform cold calling to prospect potential customers for sales visits
* Creation of works order in TTPS system for installation of tracking device by vendors
* Manning of Technical Support Hotline
* Provide support on customers' queries
* Perform checking and compilation of existing customers' information via SAP
* Perform outbound calls to existing customers to secure sales appointment

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Have good telephone inter-personal skill
* Speak fluent English
