Responsibilities:

* Manage and control day to day administration and operation of General Service includes facilities, building maintenance and transportation.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Chinese
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in building management.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
* Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants should be helpful and willingness to learn.
* Have a strong leadership and good communication skill
* Preferably managers specializing in property developer
* Full-Time positions available.
