ELECTRICAL SENIOR TECHNICIAN (EST)

Key Responsibility
• Planning & supervising daily work schedule for team of multinational
electrical commissioning technician.
• Carrying out inspection, pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities, equipments to achieve completion & handover to
commissioning.
• Compilation of; punch list, commissioning test records.
• Liaison with vendor.
• Carrying out; calibration, function testing, built amendments to drawing.

Requirement
• Conversant with electrical safety isolation procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt electrical single diagram.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (E-TECH)

Key Responsibility
• Carrying out daily work schedule of electrical commissioning.
• Compilation of; punch list, commissioning test records.
• Conducting all electrical work activities.
• Testing and repairing of all electrical equipment.

Requirement:
• Conversant with electrical safety isolation procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt electrical single diagram.

INSTRUMENT SENIOR TECHNICIAN (IST)

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning & Supervising daily work schedule for team of multinational
instrument commissioning technician.
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities to achieve completion & handover to commissioning.
• Compilation of; punch list, commissioning test records.
• Liaison with vendor.
• Carrying out; calibration, function testing, built amendments to drawing.

Requirement:
• Conversant with instrument safety isolation procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt instrument diagram.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (I-TECH)

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
• Conducting all instrument work activities.
• Compilation of; punch list, commissioning test records.
• Carrying out; calibration, function testing.

Requirement:
• Conversant with instrument safety isolation procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt instrument diagram.

MECHANICAL SENIOR TECHNICIAN (MST)

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning & Supervising daily work schedule for team of multinational
Mechanical commissioning technician.
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities, equipments to achieve Mechanical completion & handover to
commissioning.
• Compilation of; punch list, commissioning test records.
• Liaison with vendor.
• Carrying out; Calibration, function testing, built amendments to drawing.

Requirement:
• Experience of equipment alignment.
• Experience / knowledge of; reverse alignment techniques, micrometer,
vernier gauges, depth gauges.
• Experience in; lube oil flushing, replacement of Mechanical Seal
cartridge and dry gas seal assembly and installation.
• Conversant with Mechanical safety procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt Mechanical diagram.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (M-TECH)

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities, equipments to achieve Mechanical completion & handover to
commissioning.
• Conducting all mechanical work activities.
• Preparing & planning all mechanical work scope.

Requirements
• Experience / knowledge of; micrometer, vernier gauges, depth gauges.
• Able to read & interrupt Mechanical diagram.
• Experience in: lube oil flushing, replacement of Mechanical Seal
cartridge and dry gas seal assembly and installation.

TELECOM TECHNICIAN (TEL-TECH)

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities, equipments to achieve completion & handover to
commissioning.
• Conducting all Telecom work activities.

Requirement:
• Conversant with Telecom safety isolation procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt Telecom diagram.

HVAC TECHNICIAN (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspection; pre-commissioning & commissioning
activities, equipments to achieve completion & handover to
commissioning.
• Conducting all HVAC work activities.

Requirement:
• Conversant with HVAC procedures.
• Able to read & interrupt HVAC diagram.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
• D3/S1 technical degree.
• Min. 3 years of working experiences (Technician) and min. 5 years of
working experiences (Senior Tech) and 3 years of which at supervisory
level within oil & gas construction in oil & gas construction.
• Conversant with; Industry standard practice, installation &
maintenance of equipment designed for use in hazards areas.
• Able to read & interrupt; schematic control circuit diagram, process
flow & logic flow diagram.
• Fluent in spoken & written English.
• Computer literate & familiar with commonly used application; spread
sheet, project management, data base.

Responsibilities:


The role is part of the Technology team and exits to provide support to the Cards Business through eliciting, analysing, communicating and validating requirements for changes to systems & business processes. Your role as Business Analyst will be critical. You will act as the conduit between the Business and the Technology team on defects and requested initiatives for software changes including BRD build and prioritization. Requirements:

You are also expected to be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. A degree in Computer Science with GPA of 3 and above is desirable, though not essential.

Assistant Marine Technical Advisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:

* Ensure that coastal vessels, including barges, are selected and operated in line with Group Standard for Quality assurance and industry accepted procedures
* Carry out audits of Marine Terminals used by the Business units within Indonesia and conduct Management Reviews of local ship Owners/Operators
* Contribute fully to shipping strategy work in-country, and monitor the relevant functional competences of Marine Terminal operating staff and promote/execute training where necessary
* Provide general shipping & marine support/advice to the Marine Terminals and Business units within Indonesia; monitor and advise on oil spill preparedness to ensure that Business units in-country comply with Multi-business Oil (and Chemical) and Spill Advisory Group (MOSAG) guidelines
* Provide specialist advice on HSSE risks relating to shipping and marine activities, and the effective monitoring of performance; provide specialist support in the event of local crisis and oil spill response and assist with the investigation/follow-up of shipping and marine incidents
* Promotion and integration of the Shell International Trading & Shipping Company (STASCO) Maritime Process Model throughout the Shell Indonesia business
* Represent Shell interests in shipping & marine issues with regulatory and port authorities, industry and other external bodies

Requirements:

* Possess First Class Certificate of Competency with Dangerous Cargo Endorsement (DCE), preferably has a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sea service on tankers, with at least 2 years’ as a Senior Officer. Ship Inspection Reports (SIRE) accreditation and/or Certified International Safety Management (ISM) Lead Auditor would be an advantage
* Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) processes and responsibilities, shipping operations, ship/shore interface management and ship vetting
* Previous exposure to Business Units in both the Downstream and Upstream would be an advantage
* Ability to initiate, analyse and develop proposals and solutions to a wide range of shipping & marine technical and operational issues
* Ability to manage and integrate with others in different functions/environments (culture, language, Business organisations)
* Although the nominal work pattern is standard office hours, the role requires to travel extensively domestically and beyond, and must be prepared to be on call outside these hours
* A valid visa or authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position
