PROEJCT MANAGER - Chip Mill
Project Manager
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage team in planning, erecting, and commisioning integrated chip mill manufacture complex.
Requirements:
SKILLS REQUIRED
The successful candidates will ideally possess the following skills and personal attributes:
* Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or qualifications relevant at a senior level within chip, pulp or paper, Management, Supply Chain Management (Supply Management or Materials Management or Logistics/Distribution) or a neighboring discipline
* Should have management experience in the project management from planning, erecting, and commissioning chip, pulp, or paper mill.
* Technical competence and understanding of mining financial engineering.
* Ability to manage, motivate and develop the team members to ensure the achievement of personal and functional objectives
* Must be able undertake very challenging tasks and to motivate staff complement so as to achieve objectives in a willing and cooperative fashion in which skills are transferred and the skill base is widened.
* International experience, preferably within Indonesia region.
Other Qualifications
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Indonesia and would be based in East Kalimantan.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with other engineering disciplines are required,
* Previous working experience in Indonesia and Knowledge of the Indonesian culture, is added value.
* Very good communication skills in English are essential. If possible, Indonesia too.
* People Management and leadership skills
* Negotiation skills, Networking and influencing
* Ability to maintain a high level of self motivation and enthusiasm, remain calm and maintain sense of purpose in the face of provocation and frustration
* Ability to be flexible and think broadly outside the normal routine, think through problems and initiate successful outcomes
* Must have sufficient force of character and level of intellect to identify the need for change and to drive it through.
