MAJOR ASIAN CONGLOMERATE

Our client is a reputable and well-established large Asian conglomerate with interests in diversified industries, including real estate and property. Their real estate operations have won national and international awards among the top end residential developers. The company has embarked on a new and exciting project that requires the expertise of a dynamic and seasoned property/town planner with lots of experience in resort and/or township development projects and a flair for marketing.

Head of Strategic Planning & Marketing
(Base: Bali) (Ref 2165)

You will take the lead to develop a large-scale prime property in Bali into a first class eco-township that will attract a new resident community as well as local and foreign visitors. The township will include housing, offices, schools, hotels, shopping malls and tourist attractions showcasing Indonesian art, culture and its green environment and bio-diversity. Working closely with the shareholders, the appointee will review the company’s plans and visions and formulate new strategies and concepts and direct the allocation of resources to realise the company’s goals.

You should possess a good basic Degree and at least ten years’ relevant experience in major projects, preferably in town or resort marketing. Experience in consulting and in sourcing capitalists, partners, investors and obtaining financing would be highly desired. This demanding position requires a strong leader with vision and one who is self-motivated, highly resourceful, creative and strategic in thinking. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills are key traits sought for. Fluency in English is essential while knowledge or willingness to learn Bahasa Indonesia would be a plus.
