The company has three areas main Business Units: City Development, Residential, and Hotel & Resorts.
Its landmark projects are the Rasuna Epicentrum, 53.5 hectares of the largest mixed used super block development in Jakarta's prime area, the 360 hectares (plan to be 1000 ha) landed residential housing estate Bogor Nirwana Residence and the prestigious Legian Nirwana Suites Resorts located in Kuta, Bali.

General Responsibilities:
*Responsible for manage all company financial data
*The process of consolidated financial report as well as controlling the projects accounting activities, including taxation
Requirement:
*Male / Female, maximum age of 30 years old
*Bachelor Degree or higher majoring in Finance/Accounting, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
*Minimum 5 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate
industry
*Proficiency in English both speaking & Writing
*Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standard & Tax Regulations
*High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical
thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
