QUALIFICATION:

* Bachelor/Master Degree in related background from reputable university
* Have mini. 10 years excellent experience in develop and implement Compensation & Benefit
System from multinational company or reputable consulting
* Have min. 2 years as Compensation & Benefit General Manager / Sr. Manager
* Excellent leadership, communication, presentation skill both in English and Bahasa
