Its landmark projects are the Rasuna Epicentrum, 53.5 hectares of the largest mixed used super block development in Jakarta's prime area, the 360 hectares (plan to be 1000 ha) landed residential housing estate Bogor Nirwana Residence and the prestigious Legian Nirwana Suites Resorts located in Kuta, Bali.

General Responsibilities:
*The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of HR Management, systems and procedures,
manpower planning, organizational development, recruitment & selection, compensation &
benefits, performance management, and training & development
*Maintain good relations with related Government Institution
Requirement:
*Male/female, maximum age is 35 years old
*Master Degree majoring in HR Management, preferably from a reputable University/Academy
*Minimum 7 years of experience at the same position/level, preferably in Property/Real Estate
industry
*Proven track record in managing the same division in large scale industry
*High integrity, good leadership and team player with strong work ethic, excellent analytical
thinking and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, resourceful, possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Having pleasant personality, positive attitude, self driven, hard worker, good coordination
