Business Process Management Country Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

As Country Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include, ensuring in-country process Compliance testing and measurement is performed in accordance to Asia Pac BPM standard and all local country variance is approved and managed in the regional process repository. You will also be accountable for the end-to-end performance of business process designs to set measures and metrics while providing process work stream support in tandem with regional and in-country business and project teams. Assisting in the deployment and training of the end users involved in change management, including performing process competency testing, while overseeing in-country process risk reviews are the other defining features of this role.

Requirements:

We seek a customer focused individual with excellent English communication skills combined with a minimum of 8 years proven experience in regional process management, working on and delivering in-country projects to set timelines. An understanding of IT and business terminologies with the ability to forge good working relationships with business customers make you a valuable asset to the organisation.
