Responsibilities:

* Making standard of call center’s service which aligned with business process and risk mitigation
* Reviewing the standard qualification of call center officer in UOB Buana
* Making training curriculum for Call Center Development Program

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Possess experiences min 6 years in Training, Service and Call Center area
* Fluent in English
